Welcome to VeizoHub. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, veizohub.com, and any purchase you make from our store. By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use our store.

VeizoHub is an online multi-category store offering electronics, fashion, home goods, beauty products, and related items, delivered across Pakistan. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the store, its products, or its prices at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are using the store under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products and pricing

  • We make every effort to display our products, descriptions, and prices accurately. However, occasional errors in pricing, descriptions, or availability may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them at any time.
  • Product images are for illustration; minor variations in color or appearance may occur due to lighting and screen differences.
  • All prices are shown at checkout, and the total payable including any shipping charges is displayed before you confirm your order.
  • Promotions, discounts, and flash deals are valid only for the stated period and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

4. Orders and acceptance

  • Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted only when we confirm it and dispatch the products.
  • We may refuse or cancel any order for example, where a product is out of stock, a pricing error occurred, the order appears fraudulent, or delivery details cannot be verified. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible changes are only possible before dispatch.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, the full amount must be paid to the courier at the time of delivery; repeated refusal of COD parcels may result in COD being unavailable for future orders.

6. Shipping and delivery

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, or events outside our control.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are accepted only when a product arrives damaged or when you receive the wrong item, as set out in full in our Return & Refund Policy. No returns or refunds are provided for any other reason. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

8. Your account and conduct

  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • You agree not to use our store for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, to place fake orders, to interfere with the operation or security of the website, or to copy or scrape its content by automated means.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

All content on this website including the VeizoHub name and logo, product photos, text, graphics, and page design is owned by or licensed to VeizoHub and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeizoHub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the store or the products purchased. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
